It’s come to my attention that all Active Military members that complete a short sale with Chase as a 1st lien will get a $10,000 incentive at the close of the sale.  This is not common knowledge at this point, however executives at Chase have made it clear to us that this is an across the board program.  If you are an Active Military member in San Diego and have chase as a 1st lien, please contact me for more info about the program.  If you are currently in the short sale process with Chase you should still be able get this $10,000 as part of your deal.  Have your Realtor escalate to a supervisor in order to make this happen.

$10,000 to short sale with Chase is a lot of money.  Take advantage of the program before it goes away… because it probably will.
